Hi Dear Ones...well, I am doing some better on my food, and have

actually (don't faint!) done some range of motion and strengthening

exercises. I walked with a shopping cart at the store a couple

times...I can't do it for long, but am tryng to walk more. Today, I

used the Mart-Cart.

My Remicade has been pooping out on me earlier and earlier...first at

seven weeks, then 5 1/2, now 3 1/2. The swelling in my hands, fingers,

wrists has markedly increased these past few days. My kids have noticed

it, as had I. So far the pain is only moderate...I hope that's where it

stays. We may have to look for another alternative to Remicade or

change dosage or something...I am going to discuss this with my rheumy

after Christmas. However, there won't be any Remicade til late February

at the earliest because of my gynecological procedures.

I've been eating more fruits and vegetables...I don't now why it's so

hard as I really do like them. I am taking a multi-vitamin, plus C, E,

folic acid, Omega Fatty Acid, Co-Enzyme Q10 and Alpha Lipoic Acid - all

at moderate recommended doses. What else is supposed to help the immune

system?

OK, I'm saying goodnight to all my sweet friends.

Much Love & Many Hugs...

Tess
