Guest guest
This is very frightening and so sad. Could anyone tell me her approximate age if they know it. She is in my prayers today. Bev
Guest guest
I also had correspondence with Kathy in my early years of Lyme and I always enjoyed her writings in LymeAid. I was shocked to read that she had died!! Kathy will be missed by many people - she was truly a fighter and a crusader for Lyme patients. Bless you Kathy ... you don't hurt any longer and you can finally rest. Ann > While I did not know Kathy Cavert personally, I did have correspondence with > her early in my search for treatment. Guest guest
I can't believe it. News of Tery's death is just so unexpected and sad. Although Tery hadn't posted here for a long time, she was once a regular member and contributor. She was a no-nonsense, hardworking woman. Despite her many physical problems and significant pain, she continued to work full-time and take care of her family. She handled numerous disappointments and setbacks quietly and bravely. Tery also supported me when I needed a friend. I won't forget that. God bless her and her family. Guest guest
She also supported me too. She worked months trying to find me a doctor in Jax, since we go there for our Business a couple times a month. She was trying to find me one who took my insurance. I gave her all my stuff and she would hear of a " good one " or see another doctor and start making the calls all over again. She didn't have to do that for me all that time, but she did. I had crappy insurance and she would call and try every whichaway to get me in! She was very funny and good personality and always minimized her problems to me. I am a whiner. Wish I could have been more like her. She did indeed think of others first. Susie wrote: > I can't believe it. Guest guest
So very sorry to read about Tery. My heart goes out to her little boy! I always admired her determination to fight this terrible disease and was always disappointed with her, when all the drug treatments failed. So sad. Guest guest
I never knew Teri but am extremely saddened to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers go to her and her family. It does bring some comfort that she is with God and never has to go through the pain she must have endured. It certainly makes one realize how special every day is...
