Guest guest
This is amazing Tess! If Publix ever starts rewarding customers for loyalty, I should definitely be a 10! I have cards now for Albertsons and Winn Dixie. Neither store required me to fill out anything, such as name and address, etc. Can you be tracked by the card in that case? Prices sure are higher if you don't have a card. RFID cards sound pretty intrusive... Can supermarkets get away with such behavior? Hmmmm.... Thanks for the heads up Tess, Suzanne [ ] OT-FYI Consumers Against Supermarket Privacy Invasion and Numbering > Hi All...I'm not at all a paranoid person, but this does make one pause > to think, especially in the current political climate of what rights we > have and what rights we are losing. > > Love... > > Tess > > > ---------- > > http://www.nocards.org/ > > >
Guest guest
Hi Suzanna... Sounds like you're in Florida - Publix, Albertsons', Winn-Dixie... lol I used to live in Miami. I love the supermarket cards... I have 3 of them and use them all the time. I also have a CVS (like Ekerts) pharmacy card (don't use it that often). I've never had problems with receiving unsolicited adverts, etc. from the use of these cards. Pami -- Re: [ ] OT-FYI Consumers Against Supermarket Privacy Invasion and Numbering This is amazing Tess!
