Guest guest
Hi:) Our 14 yr old daughter just had tc surgery at TCI on December 17 and we were wondering if anyone had any insight for us as to when anyone started seeing improvement. She had urinary issues, bowel issues, stomach cramping & headaches that were hopefully going to be relieved by the surgery. I know it is probably too soon and that all of the nerves have to heal but I wanted to know when we can hopefully see some improvement. She is getting frustrated. Thanks so much! ~
Guest guest
Hi , I had TC surgery in January '07. I started noticing marked improvment of my TC symptoms 3 months after surgery, when the post surgical swelling started to go down and I had some physical therapy under my belt. Use some ice packs on her back a few times a day and have her take a suppliment called arnica montana. It will help reduce the post surgical swelling. Arnica is widely used in Europe and Dr. B even approved of me taking it. It is a homeopathic suppliment that can be found in your local health food store. Good luck to you both Pam M.
