Guest guest
Tess, it just shows that you have a big heart, and a lot of love inside it. Hey, you're talking to someone here who cries at weddings...on TV! You are going thru quite a bit right now, thinking about your surgery and everything, and it's normal. People tell you " don't worry, it's probably nothing " but that doesn't help until it's over and the doctor tells you " it was nothing. " Our pastor told me something recently that helps: Shut your eyes and visualize a beautiful forest. Think of a quiet, clear pond in a clearing of the forest. Picture yourself at the bottom of the pond, able to breathe and see. Look up past the surface and picture any symbol from your church. On that symbol, picture the words " God is my strength and is with me. " Concentrate on that picture and nothing else, until you are calm. Believe me, it works! Big warm sister hugs to you(((((((((Tess))))))))))) and a TJ smooch X! Judi
