Guest guest
I know this has been asked before, and I am searching the archives for info, but I am now in the decision stage about my tethered cord surgery. I am wondering what symptoms you had before tethered cord surgery that were alleviated after surgery. How long after surgery did you see the difference. What did not go away that you were hoping would go away. How long before you were able to drive, get back to somewhat normal activity, etc. I was decompressed in 2005. The symptoms I have that seem to be related are: -lower back pain that exercise won't relieve -chronic daily headache that slips into migraine -back of the head pain and pull-down pressure -tinnitus -dizziness -bladder issues (every 45 min to hour) -excessive water retention -leg and foot pain is not bad but happens by surprise -sometimes my leg disconnects, not a drop attack, just disconnects (Yes, I have had the tether evaluation and urodynamics.) Thanks, in advance, Hanna ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile.
