Appointments are this week

HI everyone:

?

My appts. at TCI are this week, tuesday and wednesday.? We are hoping to drive

up monday night (we are about 3.5-4hours away) but with 5 kids, including a

toddler who doesn't do well without either of us, getting babysitting set up is

a logistical nightmare (we don't have any family to help, relying on friends).

?

Questions: If I am up to doing something tuesday evening, any suggestions? It

will be just my husband and I, a rare treat, we thought about going into times

square, but we've been there before, not sure if I am up to that.? Anything cool

on long island to do?

?

Also, I don't have an official diagnosis yet, on the orders the doc wrote " r/o

cranial instability " , etc. but he wrote down chiari 1 and syringomygelia.? Does

that mean he thinks I definitely have that based on my MRI's or does he write

that for everyone?

?

If I get this appointment, does that mean they think I do have chiari or does

everyone who sends in their info get an appointment? Just curious, I know I need

to wait for answers, but I am definitely impatient.

We are staying at the Florida Lodge, we looked at all the other hotels, we

wanted one with an indoor pool, but couldn't find any, bummer. Down here in PA,

all our hotels have indoor pools, that would be something nice to do, get to

swim without 5 kids to look after.

I am reading through some of the old posts with helpful info on it, thanks to

everyone for writing those out.? Any other suggestions would be welcome, you can
