Guest guest
You're welcome, Kathe. I have a hard time understanding why some physicians recommend the Atkins diet, especially for people who already have significant and complicated health problems and meds. I think a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, little junk food, and total calories on the lower but safe side is always a good place to start. Increasing the amount you exercise in addition to more healthful eating is also likely to help you in your weight-loss efforts. Good luck!
