Guest guest
Hi Kathe, Happy holidays from one 'lumpy-boobed' woman to another! Having had my first mammagram (and ultrasound) at the ripe old age of 28, I'll definitely be with you in spirit when you go in--and I'm sure it will be just fine again. (Though I'll send some prayers and positive 'boob-energy' just to be on the safe side!) I find it interesting that your doc wants you to try Adkins to LOWER your bp? I had no idea that would be a side effect of all that protein and cholesterol--then again, there are MANY very good reasons I'm not a doctor (lol). I know my doc's have recommended avoiding all animal products for the RA, and I feel like I'm having some success with that--but hey, let me know if you have any luck, cause I do miss a good cheese omelette every once in a while! Also, I hear you about the fibro, and us having welcome signs out! I have been having a lot of 'restless leg' stuff at night lately, and it makes me wonder...Oh well, it's Christmas (my baby's first!!) and I've decided to defer all my health issues to the new year, and just ENJOY right now! Hope you are doing well, you, (and everyone) are in my thoughts...Wishing you a peaceful, joyful, pain free holiday and new year, take good care, Namaste, Camille.
