not currently covered is my understanding. I have found some commercial payers will waive the MCR guidelines & pay outside of them; other adhere to MCR guidelines & deny.

I was wondering if anyone in the group had any information regarding Medicare coverage for Liver transplant for patients with Cholangiocarcinoma. Thanks in advance.
