Long time -- have missed the group

Hey, Group Members --

I'm sure suffering group withdrawal -- I came to realize just how

crucial this group has become as a life line and social outlet when I

ret'd from CCF/decompression surgery and have not been able to sit at

the computer without horrible muscle spasms hitting me. OUCH ! LOL

I'm thrilled to be sitting here right now. So, perhaps over the next

few days I can share my experience with surgeries, hospitalization

and recovery a little at a time.

B/4 I sign off -- BIG BIG THANK YOU to everyone who has been e-

mailing me and waiting patiently for me to be able to answer and for

everyone who has been keeping me in their thoughts and prayers.

And esp. those of you I have no. for and have been able to actually

talk to -- you know who you are -- and what a life line you all have

been for me.

For anyone headed to NY for surgery -- please let Pamela Meyer from

the group know that you are headed to NY. She actually works at the

North Shore Hospital and came to see me twice after my surgeries. I

cannot tell you how much it means to have someone come in to check on

you. Fortunately, I was there at the same time as Becky and Matt;

Virginia and Kathleen and Jeff and Beth. I never once felt alone.
