Not sure what this is UHH

I all the sudden feel really flush and my chest hurts and so does my rightarm. I don't know if this is related to the stress of today or what, I can'ttell if it's heart burn or something else, I'm going to check my bp and callmy sil who lives next door and is a RN.Terry I know God will not give me anything I can't handle.
