Hi, just got in the door after a fifteen hour day woking in our own

operation, and see your message.

I have not treid the Lima Fleur -de-sel, but understand it to be a fine

product and would certainly view it as good enough. I keep both the

Himalyan and Celtic Salt on hand and use them interchangeably, but would

not hesitate to use the salt you have and expect the same good results.

By the way, there is an interesting connection between the adrenals and the

body's need for salt.....found some good info on Google on this awhile back.

It smartened me up re salt being essential for overworked adrenal glands.

Re: Micki - Celtic sea salt

I woke up early this morning with salt on my mind, knowing that I need to

start taking some again, with no inkling of why except to prevent parasites

from arising again and to increase energy, particularly mental energy, which

it most definitely will do. So my question, especially to Taffy, is this- I

have some Lima Fleur-de-sel, harvested by hand on the coast of Belgium. This

salt is packed in a glass, still wet. Is this good enough?
