I don't know for sure if I have ACM, but from everything I've read, I do. People have told me that every person with Spina Bifida does in fact have ACM (I have Spina Bifida Cystica). Not sure of any others, but there is a meeting in Pittsfield MA each month. I know that's all the way across the state from you, but it's not a bad place to start. Keep asking around on here too! My wife and I were going to go to it this month, but I just realized I have to work. Never say never! Can't is a " four letter word!
