GHI Insurance codes----Please help

Hi All!

I have been seeing a DAN! dr. for my son since March of this year.

GHI makes you submit the bill and the claim form and then they pay

what they think the visit was worth. My first visit was

$750.00...they gave me $275.00 towards my $1000 deductible. So I kept

submitting my bills....by the third submission they told me they

needed codes. So I called my DAN! dr. office and they were really no

help. Does anyone know what the acceptable codes are??? I have

months of bills just piling up because GHI won't accept the claim

without the codes. Thanks for your help.
