Guest guest
Hi Martha: Have you had your adrenals tested. Low temps usually mean low adrenal function. Don't despair, I felt like you do for 3 yrs. The past 6 months I have noticed a change for the better. These are the supplements/meds that work for me. I take Armour, DHEA, Vit D, Iodoral, Multi-Vitamins, Vit C, Progesterone cream, Fish Oil, CoQ10. You have to find what works for you. You will feel better when you figure out what you are deficient in and get your body what it needs. Then you will have the energy to exercise. It doesn't happen quickly though, but it does happen! Good luck to you, Subject: Introduction..... Guest guest
I thought low temps were hypothyroid and unstable temps were adrenal? per the temp info at www.drrind.com ? sol (sorry for not trimming, but my email prog or computer really messes up if I try to trim html posts or whatever these ones that come in boxes are) M. wrote: > Hi Martha: > > Have you had your adrenals tested. Guest guest
Hi, did anyone read or hear what OPrah said about thyroid and hunger and the meds. Apparently thyroid meds can make you feel hungry all the time. I know I experienced that. The drs don't warn you. Anyway, I am on Armour (t3 & T4) and am glad it helped me. I am able to work and do things. And I don't feel like everything is a hugh effort anymore. ttyl, Joan > > > > > > Subject: Introduction..... Guest guest
Hi i didn't know that Oprah said that the thyrodi meds made her more hungry (do you have a link? i would love to read what she experienced (and did she ever say what thyroid-Meds she was on? i got hungrier on armour; i think because of my adrenal fatigue; tho folks who are truly hypERthryoid , i believe, can be extra hungry as well. i tested as high cortisol (on saliva) and high aldosterone and renin, and definitely got more munchies when adding armour. i think cushing's patints (IE high cortisol patients) can be extra hungry as well. -Carol > > Hi, did anyone read or hear what OPrah said about thyroid and hunger > and the meds. > > Apparently thyroid meds can make you feel hungry all the time. > > I know I experienced that.
