Guest guest
Hello !!! Adam, Thanks for the clarification about on/off topic. That is why I enjoy this group very much. The Bear Tribe experience just sounds really cool and interesting. I had no idea things were going on like that. My impression of Spokane as a teenagre was that it was dirty and dark, almost cultureless. So glad to hear it was pulsating with more energy. We are celebrating the spring upward energy in Japan with massive thunder showers, and today, snow! Ugh, only a few more days until being embraced and kissed by Hawaiian trade breezes and rolling salty waves. Guest guest
Hi Everyone ~ I joined last week but have been so busy, I've not been able to introduce myself yet. My name is and I live in Boise, Idaho. is my sister and is the one who told me about this online group. She's been so successful with macrobiotics, but I like a lot of others online here, have had a hard time incorporating it into my daily life. I can do really well for 3-5 days and then crave goldfish crackers, chocolate and bread--basically anything besides brown rice and vegetables! My reasons for going macro are; 1). I would LOVE to get off my anti-depressants (and I've heard that eating macro can cure depression) 2). I am about 15-20 lbs overweight 3)....and simply to feel better Hope to learn lots from everyone on this site. Blessings to all ~
