Guest guest
Hi everyone, Hmm, as a mom of 5 I have always had Menthol Eucalyptus or simular products on hand. It is also good for stain removal & as a softening for washing etc... It is fabulous From my exp. 'sinus' etc is ?? a sign perhaps of ACM ( no further signs of sinus post surgery for me after sooooooooooooooooo many +++ years of Sinus problems), however pre surgery I lived on the likes and simular products as Eucalyptus to assist me with my graduation into serious sinus (CHRONIC) problems........ eventually reaching the Chest/Lungs. Colds / snuffles for the kids, rub with Eucalyptus, put a dab on the pillow also!!..........Magic. Biddy. This has NO relevance to chiari specifically, but thought that perhaps some of the suggestions might be of some help to our general " feeling better " .I was especially interested in the section on Eucalyptus for congestion.... Years ago, my chiari surgeon, recommended Hall's Menthol Eucalyptus Cough Drops for me , when I feel I am congested and that is adding to a headache. ( I can't take " regular " decongestants). Believe me, I appreciate that these are not a " cure " ..however they have OFTEN been enough to stop a headache in it's tracks... I ALWAYS have some on hand! <g>Anyway, just thought that I would pass this on...http://www.prevention.com/cda/article/head-to-toe-healthy/6709a6b509787110V\ gnVCM20000012281eac____/health/natural.remedies?cm_mmc=Spotlight-_-2182008-_-Hea\ lth-_-Head-to-Toe%20Healthy Or http://tinyurl.com/3x7bqc ...Hope this is of some help....Take care,Sally R...
