I am not sure if this helps but I feel that way too sometimes...not exactly

like you describe...but especially the " insides out of control. " I know its

autonomic and nervous system related. Most of my doctors do not understand.

I am searching for info regarding POTS and dysautonomia. Read about that

or google it and see if it might make some sense. It to me is one of the

worst symptoms I have..especially because I am not sure the source. This may

be

a dead end for you but it sounded kind of familiar. I know many of us suffer

from this all over inside feeling. Maybe this is someway an answer for

some. I hope it is for me...Good luck and write back if you'd like..

also your BI might be the culprit...?? not a doctor just my instinct..ugh

Just relax though...your not alone..:)

_Totally Strung Out!! _

Hi to all,

Ever feel so strung out and jittery that it seems as though your

insides are completely out of control? My CNS is vibrating from top to

bottom. I can barely keep looking straight ahead when I drive, and

keeping my car in its own lane at a steady speed has become a huge

challenge--even with daytime driving! My face and teeth feel tight. I

feel as though the world is closing in on me and trying to foce me to

the ground.

No room spinning/vertigo; no nausea with this episode. My customary off-

balance is only slightly worse. This has been building for a few

months.

Over the years, I've always tried to remember that the really difficult

times do get better (at least in my case), but this has gone on for so

long, any " been there " response would help put me at ease a bit.

Thanks,

BI/ACM1 4-7
