Small Vessel Disease

I had MRIs taken last week to prepare for my visit to TCI on 1/18. The MRI of

the brain noted " white matter suggestive of small vessel disease " . This is the

first time that I've seen this noted on the reports. Is anyone familiar with

this condition being associated with Chiari or Syringomyelia? Based on the

report, the syrinx still appears to be the full length of the cord. Thanks for

any information.
