I was decompressed in September 2003. I enjoy being free from most of

my symptoms, but will sometimes have feelings of dizziness or just

kind of being " floaty " . Hard to explain. I have a wonderful physical

therapist who is adept at craniosacral therapy and I find it helps me

immensely - it just keeps things flowing somehow and seems to make a

big difference to me and how I feel. I know there are many who feel

it's hogwash, but it works for me so I'm sticking with it when I need

it.

I am also a Reiki practitioner and find that helps me as well.

What I know for sure after 25 years of being misdiagnosed: I'm in

charge of my health and I need to do whatever works for me to

maintain it. And, quite frankly, at 57, this crone finds she is wiser

than many and is finally embracing that! I worry very little about

what others think or say relative to my health and well-being - or

anything else for that matter. At last!

Peace be with you - and good health,

Anne in Carlisle PA

I've had craniosacral therapy since my surgeries (decompression, fusion, TC),

and it helped me with my headaches and back pain, as well as stress management.

It's a cumulative affect and a very gentle therapy (I've a little training in

it as a former massage therapist).

Good Luck
