Virchow Robin - post-op after 5 surgeries/Eagles Syndrome/lhermittes??

Hi, I'm a bit of a old hand at neurossurgery; however, latest MRI

shows possible Virchow (?) Robin Space, annular tear at L5-S1 (post-

op TCS last year). Does ANYONE know if this never came up on MR

report that it indicates a leak?

I was doing ok, had two fusions, then tey removed hardware put me in

a Bremer Halo, and the fatigue and pain is so bad (came out of HALO

in July), the fatigue and pain started acutely, then chronically,

about 4 months ago. If I pick up my children from school its a good

day. My low back and legs are in excruciating pain, laying sideways

is only small relief.

HEADACHES every day again. <SIGH>

I have multpile osteophytes, 3-5 hernations with spinal cord

compression, and am frustrated because I felt really good for a long

time.

Sometimes esp when I cough or sneeze I get weird, salty clear fluid

down my throat or out my nose and it's a lot - sorry if gross - and

the pain in head is excruciating. I'd say karnofsky score is about 50.
