Guest guest
Thanks! What kind of B12 are you using. I take IM shots of B12 and wonder if it would work as well applied externally.MaraIt's not so much a recipe - I have lots of dropper bottles around of the 2 fluid oz size and I put several dropperfuls of the DMSO, some dropperfuls of liquid B12 (maybe 2 dropperfuls), opened in several capsules of folic acid supplement, and added a tablet of GABA and a tablet of lyseine. The DMSO is 99.9% pure and in a solution of 70% DMSO and 30% water but probably diluted by the B12 liquid solution. The bottle appears to be half full now and the liquid is cloudy and grainy.Since it's hard to tell how much gets absorbed via the skin, dosing is hard but none of these things are easy to overdose on, so it's kind of safe to play around with, as far as I know. I'm using 3 drops of it on my skin, but may work up to more.> > > My neck has again that crackly stiffness that I acquired when I had> > lyme disease.
