hi

i finally just tested my Vitamin D iva 25-Hydroxy test

my TOtal = only 25 !

the lab NOrmal range = 20-100 (doesn't 100 seem rather low??)

BUT then write : " levels 20-30 suggest vit D insufficiency. "

btw, i live in southern California (but have never tanned well and

due to adrenals? i have never liked sitting out in the sun especially

when its Hot. but do walk

but then again, i feel depressed if i don't see the sun shining every

day:)

-i have not had much milk and cheese, but don't avoid cheese either.

definitely says to me that every hypothyroid person should have their

levels tested!
