I am sorry - I don't know if you can get them in Israel - you can't get them here in Australia. I got one in the US years ago and love it. I have used it so much - the bits where the string goes broke off ages ago and the string - I used hemp rope to replace it broke many times - but I still use it and love it. It has a whole different feel to cooking any other way. I have improvised and bought a clay pot with handles and use that - for beans sometimes etc but it is not quite the same.
