acupuncture???

Hi All,

Hope every one is doing well!

I have a question to any one out there that has tried acupuncture for

your pain in you neck and shoulders? I am going to go see one this

week i think unless yo guys think that it may be a bad idea or have

had bad experiences with it. YES I know NO one here is a DR and I'm

not asking for medical advice just you experiences good or bad if any?

I have been doing massage therapy 2 times a week and going to try

physical therapy again. all of which seem to be prolonging the

inevadable of a re do decompression but it seems to keep the pain down

some. so I thought why not add the acupuncture to it also? :-) just go

for broke right!! any way any input would be great. and good luck to all.
