I had been on prednisone for over 5 yrs there uz as soon as they took me off it i would be in the ER with an attack! I was told after going to the ER every 2 weeks with worse and worse attacks , that i would be dead within a year if i didnt move! I HAD to leave Tucson! I came to Oregon and 2 months after coming here i was off the prednisone and have had only to take it at times im sick or the pollen got too high! MAYBE 2 times a year for a few days! I have lost 125 lbs since coming here and can now walk 2 miles at one time! I was lucky to walk across the room in AZ without my asthma kicking in! I think it depends on your triggers tho some ppl do great in AZ but it was making me slowly die! Do you think the area you live in makes a difference? Are we mostly from the east coast? I would think I would be better to live in Arizona . Is anyone from there? I am from Pennsylvania .
