Okay guys it's that time of month again here are the correct

dates/times for Northeast Chiari Support group meet-up. If you still

can't make one of these dates e-mail me and we'll try to work

something out. If I haven't sent you a form please e-mail me and I

will mail it right out to you. If I have mailed them and you haven't

sent it back (postage paid) please send it back ASAP, I am trying to

work around everyone's schedule.
