Guest guest
Sorry your shoulder is sore. The same thing happened to me after I began weight lifting. My ortho said the soreness was due to overuse and told me to stop lifting weights for a week. It worked. Is Ernesto due to hit your state? A neighbor and I planned to vacation in Mexico. I am happy it did not pan out. Nan The rowing has been going all right, but my right shoulder has really been sore last few days..think it has to do with Ernesto coming up the coast.
