My son has been on Singulair since he was 5- he is 10 now, and to me it doesn't seem to help him either.

Sounds just like my asthma to me. Attacks start with cough/cold

symptoms not wheezing. I hope she feels better soon. Is she on a

controller med?

It's odd how the different meds help some and not others. shows ya how different we all are I guess. I am glad the Advair helps ya

Singulair is for allergy control which does affect asthma flare ups. She is so young, I don't know what the recommendations are in youngchildren, but I use Symbicort as well as Singulair. Initially I wason Advair, but the Symbicort works much better for me.Madeline> >> > Autumn, how old is your daughter?> > Her little lungs are sensitive.. > > I hope she feels better.> > Sal/Atlanta> > ------------ -- Original message ------------ --------- -> > From: Autumn <autumnj@ >> > > > > > I took my daughter to the ER last night for an asthma attack.
