Just to give you a bit of perspective on the medical community. Anything

that the doctor doesn¹t understand from their training in medicals school is

caused by depression, hyprochrondia, etc.

Polio was once called ³hysterical paralysis².

MS was called ³creeping paralysis².

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was ³the Yuppie Flu².

Anyone who calls fibro. A ³crock² is simply uninformed.There is tons of

information on the internet. Keep in mind that it isn¹t terribly well

understood so articles are presenting their opinion, results from studies.

I have CFS and I believe that most of the studies may offer a piece of the

puzzle but doesn¹t solve all the puzzle. Keep an open mind as you read. Find

a doctor who deals with fibro. Otherwise you will just be given pain meds.

Everything that I have read says that it is a real disease. Hang in there.
