------------------------------

A lady, Judith Ann Norton, claims in an article in The Times of Malta,

" ...I'm a miracle! "

(Lady living a miracle, Times of Malta, 20 September 2008) because she

believes that

she had both M.E. and Parkinson's Disease but has been cured of both by ----

gardening.

My letter in reply, which you can read here

http://www.mefreeforall.org/2008-Jul-Sep.1017.0.html#c5390

when logged in and click to the original article and any other responses

that come in,

suggests that she probably didn't have either M.E. or Parkinsons but genuine

symptoms

of chronic fatigue and tremors, after a stroke. So, it wasn't a miracle or

fairy tale, after all.

May I suggest that anyone, who can manage it, digs up (!) a reply from

somewhere

and sends it to daily@...

The potential for Irish gags and gardening puns is almost limitless, so

hoe, hoe, hoe, off to work you go ...

Or you can have a day-of-rest chuckle with our joke of the day

here http://www.mefreeforall.org/Joke-of-the-Day.378.0.html

Cheers
