Guest guest
Number one Scutt! Then FE Avena , and definitely Withania. lots of other possibilities too, maybe vib op.(but not sure, with all that bp meds), what are her shoulders like? 3 weeks isn't very long to re-educate her sleep patterns though, any chance of getting her to the gym (obviously very carefully)? Guest guest
I have had sleep problems for many years I ro have a Great deal of neck pain and back pain along with terrible headaches.I wake up every hour or so. I went for a sleep study I have Severe Sleep Abnea and now sleep with the CPAP which has helped some nights. I have been on a sleep med. (Ambien) for the last 2 years it does help me sleep most nights fairly well for 4-5 hours. I have Basilar Invagination along with a Cervical Syrinx (Syringomyelia) I had my only Chiari Surgery in 1974 at age 17. GOOD LUCK TO ALL McGlothlin wrote: Kathy, I have had terrible sleep problems for months. Ever since my pain and symptoms of basilar invagination increased, my sleep decreased. Example: I went to bed at 10:40, asleep finally at 12:00, awake by 2:30. I cannot sleep, so here I an at 5:24 on line. My husband says when I sleep I usually snore loudly, gasp often, and overall sound obnoxious. I know I have woke myself up gasping for air. Most times I feel very tired, yet I cannot sleep. Probably need a sleep study, but it feels minor in comparison to the head and neck pain. McGlothlin --------------------------------- You rock. Guest guest
I would love to hear from others that have a CPAP, and how it works for them. I wake up with a headache most mornings, and the diagnosis is severe apnea. I am hesitant to spend that much money, when most people I know have given up on their CPAP's. Hope everyone is having a pain free day. Barb To: From: ellisparkhorse@...
