doctor until I see if I get worse. My asthma is acting up right now too. It started with a cold, and then out of the blue I was watching TV and couldn't breathe. It was so scary! I used my inhaler and then took a Xanax to keep me from panicking too much (prescribe for this very thing), and then I did a breathing treatment. It took quite awhile to get where I could breathe normally again. I hate that!
