hi

i have had bruising while on armour . black and blue marks appear,

and i have not done anything that would cause it.. sometimes just

leaning against a table or what have you, will cause a black and

blue mark

while they do in fact list Bruising on the hypoThyroid symptoms

lists, i never got black and blue marks while on T4-only meds!!.

Even though i was Obviously Not converting t4 to t3!!.

i believe its an adrenal symptom. and my 24hr Cortisol Saliva tests

back this up.. i keep testing as HIgh cortisol.. and one of the

symptoms of Hypercortisolism is black and blue marks/bruising.

I love 's book /website on Adrenal Fatigue

--for me the Adrenal-supportive diet has been crucial ( i felt

unwell as a child with adrenal symptoms including food

sensitivities,, and diagnosed hashis at 14)

can you do the saliva test?
