Guest guest
I would make a solution of 50% dmso in either water or aloe vera juice and keep applying that to the area for 2 weeks. Take vit c and MSM orally if you wish. Oil of helichrysum italicum is also great topically. There may be some stinging and redness in the beginning but this is normal and will decrease as you continue. cheers.. russell
Guest guest
What I do for similar injuries, is soak comfrey in the DMSO before using. Alcohol would take a few weeks to extract the medicinal properties of herbs, but DMSO would do it quicker. Because it is important to treat this injury soon, I wouldn't wait long with the soaking of the herbs; soak the herbs, but begin applying the DMSO tincture the next day. Continue to soak the herbs, though. I usually put in some lobelia and a little cayenne, too. Of course, it would be good to add some water to the mix before applying it.
