Prednisone help---I screwed up

Hey guys, I royally screwed up. Ok, take a look at the prednisone instructions my doctor gave me on 12/3/08. I did not realize until today, that I have 5 mg tablets all this time. I thought they were 10mg!! so what do I do now? this means that I have not been taking the prednisone correctly. OMG! I can't start all over again! my body is going to be so out of whack! i am so duh!! sometimes! and it clearly says 5mg tablets on this chart and on the bottle!! geez! :-( Kay
