Dust and dust mite control??

Hi, I was wondering what does everyone use to control dust and dust

mites in the bedroom? Other than washing the bedding every 2 weeks in

hot water. Do any sprays work? Thanks, Genevive

Best way I know is with a non-permeable mattress/pillow cover. Also,

(this was actually for head lice control our community had an outbreak

and after 4 rounds with my kids I was desperate) I bought pillows that

have a plastic like cover similar to what your find at the hospital.

A good air room filter will help with dust.
