Guest guest
I'm hoping to go to the institute in NY to get the real scoop on chairi. I tend to believe the the group that does the most research and sees the most cases. Doctors should not be telling us what our symptoms should and shouldn't be. And antidepressants are not going to get us anywhere. I don't really want surgery and am hoping to continue to treat myself symptomatically on as little meds as possible. I currently take 0.25mg of xanax for sleep and vicodin for pain approx. 6-8 pills a week. I like to take short acting meds that I can control and be able to feel like myself when I want to and maintain my inner strength. I'm extremely sensitive to meds and this is the only regimine that works for me. I don't take meds while I work as I am currently an RN in obstetrics 20 hours a week. I love my job and am afraid of not being able to continue. I hurt all the time and the headaches are coming more frequently. If this stops working and tci says surgery is the next step I would probably do it. I truly feel it is a matter of seeing the right doctors. Us so called mild or borderline cases should be treated just like all the others because the research states that we should be. I'm sorry you are feeling this way too.
