Regarding jet-lag - I've had a good personal

experience using Panax for Jet lag. Took it on its own

in a dropper bottle - 1-2 dropperfulls at least 4

times a day, starting 24 hours before the flight,

during the flight and two days after arriving. Made it

from Israel to the United States with no Jet lag at

all. Highly recommended.
