Colleagues,

Disability Rights Advocates has just put a " high stakes testing

questionnaire " on their Web site. They are attempting to gain information

on the impact of high stakes testing on students with disabilities around

the country. They'll monitor the information provided through the

questionnaires for trends within states and the potential need for legal

action that might build on the recent Oregon settlement.
