One of the posts I read this morning mentioned being able to buy some things

from the chiropractor and, it jogged a memory of something I used several years

ago when I was having a horrible time with the pain of some disks in my lumbar

area were pressing against my sciatic nerve....ouch!

Anyway...the point of this post is (memory recall- okay so it isn't TOTAL

RECALL ...LOL ) I am recalling this spray-on stuff that was like something you

would think of as going into your auto air conditioner ( free-on) anyway, this

product was wonderful

and, it helped at the time to calm the pain a great deal. I'm sorry, I don't

remember the name of it. I do remember it wasn't all that expensive and he

ordered it for me and, he didn't mind at all. It is a spray, very icy cold

actually ice, and, you do have to be extremly careful when using it because you

can actually get frostbite if used incorrectly. It could cause some serious

damage but, when used as it should be, this is mainly keeping it as far away

from the area, when spraying it and, not using it too often, or more often than

advised.

Great product, if I knew what it is called, I would look online to see if I can

buy it.

It feels so wonderful for anything you would otherwise use/need an ice pack.

I am going to try to find it again!

Oh and another thing I found out later on ..I was able to get it at a pharmacy,

OTC, and paid less for it that way. I believe the Chiroprator was making a

little profit but, hey, not blaming him at all ...here.

Hope this helps anyone who may benifit. wish I could remember the name of it. If

anyone does know the name, please, please, let me know, or, post it for

everyone.

Warm Regards,

Judy Marie
