Combination of MB12 shots and SSRI (Zoloft) - Safe?

We have a 5 yr old PDD son, currenlty on Valtrex, Nizoral, and Zoloft. We started Zoloft 2 weeks ago, and he was extremely hyper in the beginnig... he has improved over the past 2 days.

We are considering MB12 shots in addition to these. I have heard that combining an SSRI with MB12 shots might cause negative results. Is this true? Has anyone tried an SSRI with MB12? Any comments/suggestions?
