Hi I got a tip from a friend a growing network of miniature train enthusiasts who build these minature train "city and country" train sets (hard to describe) that you can ride on. Here is a link for people in California. We did it and had a blast. Kids with the most severe sensory issues might have issues but it is pretty much for everyone. Some of the trains blow steam, and it really takes you right down next to nature. On one train got to ride up front with the engineer ( is too little). Best wishes and wanted tos share. Vera
