Question about blurred vision

I understand that blurred vision can be a symptom of chiari. Does this

mean quick, temporary vision or something that lasts much longer?

Sometimes my left eye gets blurred when looking at something and I

need to blink a couple times to get it back to normal. Not sure if

this is from something like dry eye, or if people with chiari

experience this.
