This is really useful stuff, Krystyna.

If people manage to get articles into the local or national press around any

of these weeks, it's really worth including information on how to find your

local herbalist. There was a great article in last Saturday's Times

magazine by Annie McIntyre about medicinal herbs you can grow in your garden

- but alas, no mention of the NIMH or CPP. Lots of readers will have been

inspired by the piece, but will not necessarily know how to find a medical

herbalist. The press don't usually object to a single sentence plus phone

number at the bottom of a piece - it's actually added value for their

readers.

best wishes

Quite right Morag! We have talked about it for long

enough and time we got on with it.

Some time ago I noticed a poster in the entrance of

the STD/ Family Planning Clinic which is just down the

road from my practice in Taunton advertising

Homeopathy Awareness week, and ever since then there

have been posters there about homeopathy. And I have

been quite remiss and haven't even contacted them to

let them know I am barely 100 yards away.

NIMH now has a PR committee and perhaps they need some

help in getting this sort of idea together. It is a

lot of work when it is just one person but when lots

of people contribute the load is completely different

and manageable.

Best wishes
