I'm fighting my 3rd or 4th cold since arriving to New York in August! The subway germs are killing me. Since we thyroidians are prohibited from using almost all over the counter cold medicines (yes, if you didn't know, read the back of almost any medicine in your drug store), what do you use? I have used mullein (herb) but it doesn't do anything for sinuses, which is always my trouble spot. All the traditional soups, tea with honey and lemon, etc., and I think I've tried eucalyptus oil inhalation. I bought a vaporizer today and will use it tonight with a little salt.
