Second, titles are never added after the name in German. DI (newer nomenclature) or Dipl. Ing., Dr., Mag. usw. are always put before the name. Mag. I suppose he could be a very clever person who switched to medicine after obtaining an M.Eng. - I am sure it happens sometimes. I thought it might be a typo for DA, but decided against it.
