Guest guest
I saw her speak last month and for me it was one of the more balanced and well supported explanations of this feeding approach that I've heard. I've heard other speakers address the topic and they were much more seemingly rigid in insisting that if using this 'baby led' or 'laid back' approach isn't working for you it isn't because it might not work for this pair or it doesn't work it's because it isn't being done properly which I find completely impractical. She has invested an evident amount of time to researching the newborn reflexes which I found very interesting. It's not the be all solution to every latching obstacle and the presentation I heard her facilitate really didn't imply that either so I was thankful for her pragmatic approach, or at least that is what I got from it.
