I also need 2-3 pairs of 30 mm Medela flanges for pump. At the moment I can't afford my usual over $100 order in order to get flanges. I wish Medela would not be the most often used pump in my area but it is what most moms have or can rent nearby. I don't think you, Dana, are carrying Medela pump parts or would've emailed you directly. I'll pay postage of course. One can email me directly at latternerb@... . I really don't want to have to go to retailers who charge top dollar but will if I have to for flanges. Not sure where I can get an SNS, most don't carry them. Thank you.
